Returns & Exchanges
Our main goal is customer satisfaction! We can be contacted through our website or email if you have any questions of concerns!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lucia Flores Design purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges.
* You must ship your Return to Lucia Flores Design within 30 days of invoice date.
* Your Return must be in its original condition.
* You must include our original Returns form. This form will be provided after your request.
All returns should be shipped via a traceable shipping method. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. We do not pay for the cost to ship Returns to Lucia Flores Design.
We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
!!We do not accept any returns or exchanges for One of a Kind or Custom made orders!!
We do not offer merchandise exchanges, only if you have received an incorrect item. If you would like one Lucia Flores Design item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above mentioned return guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days of invoice date to request an exchange.
